Meet Kasidee

I am a people leader, a mom, and someone who’s spent her life learning how to turn hard experiences into strength instead of letting them define me.


I hold a BSW and MPA, but what shaped me most wasn’t a classroom it was leading real people through real challenges, and doing the same work on myself along the way. I believe leadership isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about showing up, staying curious, and choosing growth even when it’s uncomfortable.


The Raine Affect is where all of that comes together my education, my experience leading people, and my own ongoing journey of understanding my wiring so I can lead with strength instead of survival.

My Approach

Leadership development often skips the hardest part how our wiring, our triggers, and our history shape the way we lead. That’s where I start.


I bring a trauma-informed lens to leadership  not as theory, but as lived experience translated into practical strength. At the center of my work are three original frameworks  LEAD, RANGE, and SPELL  built to help leaders recognize their wiring, manage their triggers, and lead from strength instead of survival mode.


This isn’t about fixing people. It’s about helping leaders understand themselves well enough to lead others well.

Human Connection

This isn’t complicated. Trauma-informed leadership isn’t a framework you need a degree to understand it’s rooted in the true human experience, because that’s what leadership actually is.

I’m not standing outside this work looking in. I’m still learning and developing too right alongside every leader I work with. None of us arrive finished. We just keep choosing to grow.

Lasting impact

The goal isn’t a one-time shift it’s a leader who keeps growing long after our work together ends. Leaders who go through this process don’t just manage differently; they show up differently. Calmer under pressure.

Clearer in conflict. More present with their teams. That change doesn’t stay contained to the workplace it carries into how they lead their families, their communities, and themselves.
